At Navkari, every piece is carefully checked and packed with love. Since our jewelry is delicate and handcrafted, we follow a strict quality policy.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or refunds if the product is damaged during delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To raise a return or refund request, an unedited unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must:

  • Be recorded from opening the sealed package

  • Clearly show the damage

  • Have no cuts, pauses, or edits

Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.

Reporting a Damaged Product

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share the unboxing video and order details with us via WhatsApp / Instagram DM
