Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or refunds if the product is damaged during delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise a return or refund request, an unedited unboxing video is compulsory.
The video must:

Be recorded from opening the sealed package

Have no cuts, pauses, or edits
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.
Reporting a Damaged Product
